How long does delivery take?▼

Most orders are delivered within 30–45 minutes. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and order volume.

What payment methods do you accept?▼

We accept Ecocash, Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal payments.

Can I cancel my order?▼

You can cancel within 5 minutes of placing your order. Contact support for cancellations after that window.

Do you deliver outside Victoria Falls?▼

Currently we deliver within Victoria Falls only. We are expanding to other cities soon!

Refund Policy

If there's an issue with your order, we'll make it right. Below are the conditions under which refunds are processed:

Wrong Item Received

Full refund or replacement if the item delivered does not match what was ordered.

Late Delivery

If your order arrives more than 60 minutes past the estimated time, you qualify for a partial refund or discount on your next order.

Quality Issues

If the food quality does not meet our standards, we will refund or replace the affected items.

Cancellation

Orders cancelled within 5 minutes of placement are fully refunded. Cancellations after that are handled case by case.
